1. ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) on business days are processed the same day.

Orders placed after this time, as well as those submitted on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

2. HANDLING TIME

All orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order is placed.

During peak periods or high demand, handling times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will inform you of any delays.

3. TRANSIT TIME

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 6–9 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer than estimated.

4. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME

The total estimated delivery time, from order placement to final delivery, is approximately 7–11 business days.

5. SHIPPING FEES

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States. 
However if your order is below $150, then the shipping cost will apply as mentioned on the checkout page.

6. SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped through reliable and trusted national carriers.

We currently provide standard ground shipping across the United States.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

7. SECURE PACKAGING AND HANDLING

Each product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

We use protective packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

8. ORDER TRACKING

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier’s official website to check the status of your shipment.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available after dispatch.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Orders canceled prior to shipment are eligible for a full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

10. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, our support team will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply when resending the package to a corrected address.

11. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

MG Lawn Mowers is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, please contact our support team immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
